Noemi Conway

Noemi Conway has dedicated her career to improving stroke awareness, recovery, and outcomes through education, public policy, community partnerships, and advocacy. She has extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, strategic planning, marketing, and community engagement. Noemi is passionate about creating innovative programs that expand access to education, improve the health of our communities, and support stroke survivors and their families.

Prior to joining AbilityPath, Noemi served as Executive Director of the Stroke Awareness Foundation for 11 years, where she led initiatives that advanced stroke awareness, supported improvements in stroke systems of care, and strengthened community partnerships throughout Santa Clara County and beyond. Before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, she built her career in publishing, advertising, and marketing. Noemi earned both her bachelor’s degree and MBA from San Jose State University.
