Bryan Neider

Bryan Neider is a dynamic C-level executive, distinguished by a rare 35-year career spanning large-scale global operations, complex corporate finance, and high-impact social sector leadership. As CEO of AbilityPath, AbilityPath Housing, and Camp Via West, he oversees these three non-profits dedicated to empowering children and adults with developmental disabilities and promoting full inclusion. His unique qualifications include deep expertise in organizational transformation, fiscal stewardship, strategic mergers, and nonprofit governance and strategy.

During his tenure, Bryan has successfully doubled organizational revenue and expanded services, completing five strategic mergers that retained and grew critical service capacity. He has led a major brand evolution, driven critical advocacy efforts to secure long-term funding, and modernized service delivery, often focusing on technology integration and program quality improvements.

Bryan brings extensive governance expertise shaped by significant board leadership across the Bay Area nonprofit sector. He serves as Board Chair of Thrive Alliance of Nonprofits of San Mateo County, where he advanced collaborative solutions for regional nonprofit challenges. He is a founding board member of the Leadership Council of San Mateo. He served as Board Chair of the Santa Clara University Board of Regents, leveraging his alma mater connection to advance educational mission and governance excellence. Through these roles, he has developed deep insights into nonprofit sustainability, collaborative leadership, and cross-sector partnerships that inform his organizations vision.

A frequent speaker on nonprofit leadership and the strategic integration of technology for mission impact, Bryan shares his experience with other organizations, addressing topics including organizational transformation, AI implementation in social services, and governance best practices. His thought leadership has made him a recognized voice in the nonprofit community on leveraging innovation while maintaining organizational values and mission focus.

Prior to his non-profit leadership, Bryan served for over 25 years at Electronic Arts (EA), culminating in roles managing multi-billion-dollar P&Ls and leading complex mergers and acquisitions. He also oversaw numerous companywide initiatives aimed at improving operating efficiency, product quality, business innovation, and overall business performance. Bryan combines this experience with mission-driven innovation, evidenced by his recent completion of advanced certifications in AI from Vanderbilt University and AI and Machine Learning for Healthcare from Stanford University. He earned his BA in History from Santa Clara University and his MBA from California State University, East Bay. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
